Im sorry, im a huge noob....
im 5' 11" 209lbs 24% bf
i would like to get cut and increase my bench...
can someone tell me a good method to increase my benching max and get cut, without over training/fuxing my body up ( i been over training... thinking that may be the reason my joints are messed) I know it wont be a quick thing... help please
