Ive seen countless orthopaedic sports docs, they all do/say the same thing. Ive been to a physical therapist twice (at $100/session thats all I was doing if I didnt notice anything). The PT gave me little stretches and shit to do and it was helping a little after doing it twice a day for a month, but then i totally fucked myself up by testing it myself on a few full bodyweight pullups cold. Now its like i never got treated in the first place and its killing me.
How do I find the right kind of specialist?

I have a doctor of osteopathy and an ART (active release technique) practitioner work on regularly - they are terrific.

I have seen physios and PTs and massage therapists who have been useless.
