So Ive had golfers elbow for quite some time now and dont know how to get rid of it. Tried an electric massager on the area with stretching and then ice pack for a couple months, nothing. The second i get on a pullup bar it kills me after 3-4 strict reps. So my question is should I just live with it and use those wrist straps and avoid chinups, but do bent rows, lat pulldowns, etc?

See a real doctor. Forums are full of horribly incorrect e-doctors.

Did and thats what he said to do. Im just sick and tired of it. Doc said theres some sort of new injection that takes out like 10cc of your own blood, centrifuges it to seperate the plasma or something then injects it into the elbow joint to force healing flow or something. Its not covered by insurance and cost $400 but im at my wits end with this shit.

See the right kind of specialist and this can go away with 2-3 treatments.

You need to have an osteopath or sports massage therapist work the muscles and you'll feel an immediate difference.

this is not a muscle, its golfers elbow, where the forearm tendon inserts into the bone at the elbow. ive had this for at least a couple years and ive totally laid off any working out except fucking jogging and still it remains,

u mean tennis elbow? as in tendonitis?

no, golfers elbow, same type of tendonitis only on the bottom side of the elbow. tennis elbow affects the top tendon of the forearm that pull your hand up. golfers elbow affects the bottom tendon that curls your hand in.

Tendons are part of muscles. Trust me, the right kind of specialist will fix it - fast.
