Work out routine and diet

I am 19 years old, about 6'7'' and weigh 175. I just started working out like 4 months ago tipping the scales at a little under 200lbs. I have been watching what I eat and working out about 5-6 days a week. Everyday I work out on the bench, do some curls, forearm exercises, nothing really big. But with my little knowledge in training I have managed to shed 20 plus lbs and a noticeable increase in my strength and am noticing that my whole body is beginning to get toned. What I need to know is what kind of diet and exercise routine I should start. I want to start taking this serious and be able to look at myself naked in the mirror without cringing :D I do want to lose weight but I also don't want to be a twig, I want to look muscular at the same time. I would appreciate any help from you guys.
Thanks,
Derek

Wow, 6'7 and 175 lbs... thats really light dude... I would concentrate on gaining some mass instead of losing any more.. I can pretty much guaruntee you that you are not fat... Dropping fat is a lot easier if you've got some more lean mass on your body anyways.
If I were you, I'd look either into Corn's old school routine or Needsizes 5x5... Do a search on here.. tons of crap will show up..
You need to eat your face off and get some muscle on that frame of yours...
Hope that gives you a little insight
Thanks

LOL :D that has to be one of the funniest things I've ever heard in my life. I didn't even catch on until half way through your post. I made a typo I'm 5'7'' not 6'7''. Sorry!!!!!! :p

I was like...damn 6'7" that's a tall sumbitch.

For real, the best tool on here is the Search button. Search on the training board for "mass building" and search for "bulking" on the diet board. You'll find a ton of info that will get you headed down the right path.

Good luck.

if you have any specific questions on anything when you're done reading a bit, just ask here. :)

Hahaha.. OK
5'7 makes a little more sense!
Like Jeremy said, if you have any specific questions after doing a couple searches... don't hesitate to ask them here.
