I am 19 years old, about 6'7'' and weigh 175. I just started working out like 4 months ago tipping the scales at a little under 200lbs. I have been watching what I eat and working out about 5-6 days a week. Everyday I work out on the bench, do some curls, forearm exercises, nothing really big. But with my little knowledge in training I have managed to shed 20 plus lbs and a noticeable increase in my strength and am noticing that my whole body is beginning to get toned. What I need to know is what kind of diet and exercise routine I should start. I want to start taking this serious and be able to look at myself naked in the mirror without cringing
I do want to lose weight but I also don't want to be a twig, I want to look muscular at the same time. I would appreciate any help from you guys.
