Woo hoo, 9mths after deca and finally got it back

9 months after last shot and I've finally got my libido back 100%, I think. Got really peed off when hot birds walking down street or in mags didn't do anything for me. Very worrying when I was still feeling like this 6 months after. I actually had to beat off just to checked the thing still worked even though I had no desire to at all...., it was like a weekly chore.

Here's a thread to all you guys in the same boat. Just hang in there, and maybe do some herbal remedies, avena, maca, yohimbe etc., I don't need these now but think they helped to fire me back up.

Its only been this week where I got my predatory instinct back, after 9 f-ing months!!!
Anyway, deca guys, good luck, I know I won't touch it again!!

To those on a first deca cycle or just finishing......, sorry!!
 
Nine Months!!! Damn that sucks. Glad everything is working again and I guess I will stay away from the Deca...
 
yeah what did you try right after the cycle and then what did u do for the long haul?

sorry just came off fina and i think im in for the long haul :(

Well done dude - but 9 months is a long time to be out of action for - even after deca. I always bounce back within 2 or 3 months after a deca cycle and in fact the last one was with winny and fina aswell. I also used lots of test cyp which probably made the difference and also I always use clomid with hcg leading up to the conclusion and proviron with nolvadex at various points along the way. Anyways, enjoy playing with your old friend again
 
9 months is a long time... glad you're back to your best mate.

I find proviron a real saviour for post cycle libido issues in addition to clomid, tribulus, avena sativa and zma. Cardio also seems to help.
 
for all you guys that lost libido on deca and or fina/tren....how old are you? i've heard age is a big issue with that...just curious thanks
 
What else did you use with your cycle? Post cycle recovery?

im 25 and fina still wrecks me but the gains are soooo nice..

i think im sticking to just test only or maybe test + var from now on

ok......well there are a lot of reason why this may have happend....how long did you take it and at what dose.....what was your post cycle therapy.....if you did all this well then that just sucks!
 
After seeing countless threads like this, I just don't understand why people still advocate deca.

IMO the risks of such a hard shutdown far outweigh any benefits of the drug. There are plenty of other AAS that won't shut you down so hard and still provide great gains.

not sure if you were asking about my cycle or not but i did a simple tren only cycle at 50mg a day for 6 weeks.

I then started nolva at 40mg ed for 2 weeks then 20mg ed for 2 weeks then again 20mg ed for 2 more weeks

and i have yet to come back to 100% i am guessing that my T levels are still low but dont think its time yet for the test cause i can still tell by libido and some other factors :(

I know i shouldve tried hcg but mr source f'd me on that so it was nolva only.. i might try 2 weeks of clomid+nolva and see how that goes...

any other ideas?

really.....winstrol serves the same purpose and results as deca......hmmmmmm....interesting.....and if it hasnt been argued over and over on this board....it may shut SOME people down too hard, but OTHERS love it for the gains they have....running it at 200mg/wk with test, dbol, is one of the ultimate bulking cycles in my opinion....so my best advice is try it at a very moderate dose for a short period of time and see how you react, instead of swearing and condeming others for using it....to each his own

all this talk about deca dick is BS. its in your heads. i did 300mg of deca every 4 days for about 8 weeks and i guess my sex drive was decreased alittle maybe, but i mean it certainly did not permit me from doing anything and furthermore, the slight decrease was probably in my head from reading all the horror stories people post on this board. deca is sweet
 
Deca is an amazing drug for some people. I get fantastic strength and size gains from it. I've used it at 200mgs/week 300mgs/week and 400mgs/week.
When I got to 400 is when I had problems. When I went off my libido was none existent. In my case it only lasted for 2 months. But now I know were my limit is. If I use it again it won't go over 300mgs/week.
Everyone is different.
 
hey for all you guys that get Deca dick....or fina dick...i'm more concerned with fina ...HOW OLD ARE YOU GUYS???? is age a FACTOR???

ok, im not disputing that...YOU said drugs like winny etc..... which is implying deca and winny will give you the same kind of gains...YOU need to learn to articulate and not make stupid remarks....this argument is done
 
I have been saying this for quite sometime now...Deca is a great drug for gaining mass, but It's just to damn hard on your HPTA...The last time I used it I ran{deca} @300mgs per week for 14-16 weeks alongside Test@500mgs per week...It KILLED my libido...Post Cyle Therapy was stadard clomid along with HCG and Nolvadex...It took me about 4 months or so to return to normal...Blood work said I was in the normal range but it still took a couple more months for the dick to start working again....Thats my last experience with deca
 
The drugs I listed provide great gains without the side effects of deca as per the original comment that I included in my previous post. The exerpt I included was both the basis for your post as well as my response, although I would assume that was obvious. I in no way implied that these drugs are the same as deca, just that they are "other AAS that won't shut you down so hard and still provide great gains" as per the original statement.

There is no arguement, just the fact that you misunderstood a very clear and simple statment, and then didn't let it go. No hard feelings either way.
 
Cycle was 300mg deca EW for 8 weeks. Along with 25mg d-bol ED for 6 weeks.

My post cycle was perfect order I think: standard 300/100/50 clomid, and 20mg Nolvadex ED for 3 weeks.

I got pissed off after around 5 months of not being recovered and so jumped on another cycle-sustanon at 400mg EW for 8 weeks. Libido was fine whilst on but then crap still when came off. PCT for that was same again but with avena, maca and yohimbe to really spice things up, but it didn't.

1 month ago I decided to run clomid again - 50mg ED for 3 weeks, even though I hadn't done a cycle.

Like I said in original post its only fully come back this last week. Horrible stuff, just a shame the gains I made off the cycle were my best ever.

And to answer another Q, it was just libido I think, not functionality, but hard to say since I never wanted to use it.:(
 
I wonder if NPP has the same libido killing effects as deca?

I imagine it would, same active ingredient. Just a different ester. Maybe you'd come back a week or two earlier.
 
Thats what I figured, but I heard from a couple people that the sides were much less severe with NPP, although I have no idea why that would be the case.
 
Just curious if you had ever got a blood test back then just to see what your test levels were at...and perhaps a follow up test now that they appear to be back to normal.

What do you mean by improper use?? I summarised the 300mg a week: Actual cycle was wks1-2-200mg, 3-5 400mg, 6-8 200mg.
Do you mean that I didn't do test with it, and should have??

I do agree that it was a wrong decision jumping onto another test cycle before recovered.

Progesterone sensitivity?? I don't understand what you mean. I thought nandralone actually worked via a pathway at shutting the HPTA down, thats why its more harsh, as the HPTA isn't being shut down by simply too many androgens, it's actually receiving signals to shut down.

Mr Black: Yeah, wish I'd of got blood tests back then to see what was happening, nevermind!!

that sucks for you. i did 10 weeks at 400mg per week with clomid post and fucked durring the whole cycle even the clomid. It helps when you got a hot girl.
