Women and steroids

I am new to the site and would love to get some advice on Winni-V. I saw this ad on the company's site and figured it was too good to be true, obviously. http://www.legalsteroids.com/winstrol2.html
Any way I am not new to the lifting, but I did leave it behind and gained a bunch of weight over the last 5 years. I regret it now. I am about 185 now and was 130-135 before. I am reading up on the clean diets, because mine is horrible. I hope you all don't mind if some of the questions I may ask seem trivial or basic. I know that what I did before to get in shape just has not worked for me. I began lifting again last month and feel my clothes starting to fit differently. Any ideas on some type of fat burner to help boost my metabolism or should I just stick to a better diet and lifting? I went to Max Muscle the other week and he recommended Methoxerone as a non-hormonal muscle building complex, Incinerate, by Tri Pharm that is to help with weight loss, along with Ventilean. The Ventilean is a non-ephedra fat burner. I take one of them before breakfast, one at lunch with 2 incinerates, and then 2 incinerates for dinner. In between I have protein shakes for my snack/after workout. Any suggestions?

The var was a disappointment (second cycle), with her leanness we both expected more...strength increased a bit

...she lost weight, but very well could have been with diet. The winny, can't say enough about that, might have been the first cycle results and/or maybe the 5 months of lifting/diet...but winny changed her.

...she's able to maintain just wants to be a little fuller in the shoulders and legs.

...She started at 21%...that's no lie....down to 9 in 1 year....highest was 12% since than....our monthly bf tests show her consistly at 9%...Month of Nov was the high month.

I'll give some feedback on the four parts of your reply (which I seperated so I could answer individually - seemed easier that way.

About the VAR DISAPPOINTMENT & BODYFAT %. She is either not eating enough or it was fake. My guess is the diet. People often want their cake and eat it too - but those who want to be lean...sometimes forget to eat the "cake" if you get my drift. Calories needed to increase to increase strength and build mass. And did we ever get to see that "typical" diet? BTW - 9% borders on too lean for health reasons. Know that being too lean and anabolics can/will age a women (especially in the face). Just to think about. I'm certainly no hypocrite - just saying what I know.

About the desire for SHOULDER & LEG FULLNESS. Yes, injection in the delt increases shoulder size, but take care not too lift too heavy with the new strength as delt pain and injury can occur. I had to increase a diet I had from 2000 cals to 3500 calories per day while trying to compete nationally. Only through extremely heavy leg training and this huge calorie increase did I get a lot of leg growth. Maybe the same for her.

There is a fear sometime when one has lost so much bodyfat that to put some back on seems un-imaginable, but I think from what I have read the most beneficial changes would be nutritonal and training. Hope this helps.
