Okay some questions for those of you on the board how have used compounds.

Her stats 9% bf
5'10"
128
Very clean diet.
Long lean build.

She's wanting to add a few pounds without getting the BF out of hand.
Her history 2 cycles
Anavar at 10mg day/8 weeks.
Winstrol 10mg a day/10 weeks.

He got here after she decided enough was enough, and with some motivation went from 140(no muscle tone just plump) to her lean 128.Her goal is a 135-140 with more pronounced muscle.


My question.
Cycle suggestions? I was reading on test and women, but am not sure, and if there is something I missed or suggestions from ladies that have dabbled more in this department? I would be greatly appreciated.

Damn 9% maintained?? That's pretty wild. Not sure how healthy it is tho. Maybe some people can do it, but does it interrupt her menstrual cycles at all?

Cycle-wise, what results did she get from her two completed cycles? How did the winny work for her (it produces very individual results / sides)? Personally, I'd say stick w/ the var and maybe run for a longer cycle like maybe 12-16 weeks? Another option is Nandrolone that seems to be a happy producer, but I have no experience with that.

I don't know at what point you consider BF getting out of hand because its pretty hard to add muscle without some. I think the diet is going to be key for her to achieve that. For kicks, can you post up her typical diet. Var can work for a cutting cycle or a building cycle, depending on diet.
 
She's a freak like that...her mom too both thin and ripped, just naturally(metabolism,genetics). Been like that most of her life. The var was a dissapointment(second cycle), with her leanness we both expected more...strength increased a bit...she lost weight, but very well could have been with diet. The winny, can't say enough about that, might have been the first cycle results and/or maybe the 5 months of lifting/diet...but winny changed her. Gave her the boost to get her motivated. Like I said she had let herself go. But now that she's apart of my BB lifestyle we eat clean, and without all the soda, and chips....she's able to maintain just wants to be a little fuller in the shoulders and legs.

Sassy Thanks for the input. Personally I thought she looked good even when she let herself go...she's picky about BF...She started at 21%...that's no lie....down to 9 in 1 year....highest was 12% since than....our monthly bf tests show her consistly at 9%...Month of Nov was the high month.

I officaly hate her! LOL Kidding that is outstanding. Perhaps instead of thinking of supps for her to put on extra mass hit the diet and lifting maybe add a bit more clean carbs and low rep sets.

I had thought about that, adding to her diet...I thought about giving it 6 months on diet with low reps, it was her idea to go the chemical way. (she says it stems from my use of chemical enhancement products)

That is understandable but the more advanced woman get in gear usage the higher the level of sides etc. I am sure that she can put on some decent mass in a good 6 months of consistant diet and training. It is amazing that she can stay so lean for so long I am sure her bf wont go up that much when she is bulking. I would make sure she knew about the risks and sides involvide in doing injectables etc.
 
You didn't answer the question about her menstrual cycle. When I get below 10 I stop having mine. That is really key…. If she is not menstruating then she will not be able to build because her body is under a lot of stress. I would suggest that you keep her off the drugs for now and just increase the carbs and lower the reps with heavier weights.
 
I don't think it hurts to take a look at her diet. Some people can operate at very low bodyfat (and suffer the hatred of all those who can only dream of achieving that BF ;)). But you gotta give your body something to build the muscle with. Like I said, you can cut or bulk on var or whatever. Its all about the diet. Even if she does go w/ another cycle, she really needs to get the diet in line with her goals to get the most out of the cycle.
