Alright if I'm trying to drop my bf%, can I keep from going into starvation mode by cycling in one day at maintenance calories then return to the next 6 days at a 500 calorie deficit? Or should I bump it up to 500ish above maintenance.

6'1", 200lbs, 15% bf, 4 days/wk 30-40min cardio, 5 days/wk lifting, goal is 11-12% bf.
