Wii fit

Does anyone use the Wii fit console? I recently got one and started playing around with it and I quite like it. Anyone else have good results from it? I am in my 40's so I thought it would be better than just sitting in front of a tv all night.

never used it but an even better idea for you is to go outside and play a real sport.

It IS better than sitting there doing f**k all but, as Steve says, getting out is better than either.

Better than doing nothing work your way up to doing something outside of the living room though!

I have never used Wii fit but if it gets you moving - I am all for it!

Personally, I would rather go for a walk, go for a bike ride etc. but we are all different.

The wii fit is a much better choice then just sitting on the coach watching TV. Every little bit of activity adds up.
