Why do men wait for the last minute to xmas shop?

My boyfriend is all panicked cause he's not done any shopping yet so will face the crowds tonight and tomorrow.
Why do men wait to the last minute?

i shopped completely on-line...and i finished a while ago...and, i'm still stressed out...i wish christmas wasn't in such close proximity to tax season

I always do it weeks in advance. Only problem is, I'm too damn excited to give the gifts out that sometimes I end up not waiting for christmas

Especially this time of year! I'm usually grumpy before I even get out of the car because I just drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a parking spot!!

I usually go only after kind of online window shopping so I know exactly what I'm buying and where it is. In and out.

The thought of spending another day walking around a different mall aimlessly looking for gifts makes me cringe.
