i've benched 205 with a bench shirt on.
i dont have a pic of it, but i showed.. um... ulcadropoutwhatever a pic of me benching 155 from last year.

I have a protein drink that'll have you benching 250 in no time, not that you'll want to get me off you anyway.

flat bench, perfect form, in front of three judges (visible in the pic), pinkies on rings. hows that?
there are 2 EF members (i think one's a moderator) who has seen me bench, but only 145 (a year and a half ago).
best decline bench is 175 x 3 i think.

I think I do pretty well..... better than any women I know ('cept here)

I am working on my bench....my chest is weak IMO
