why do fish and avocados upset my pancreas?

I’m trying to up my good fats like everyone says but everytime I eat them from salmon to coconut oil, to nuts and avocados my pancreas starts bothering me. It goes away like after a few hours but still annoying. I have had a history of pancreatitis but why does it happen anyone know? My doctor doesn’t seem to want to tell me, just dances around the subject.

how do you know its pancreas? I would think maybe you got an upset stomach after eating them in combo that's why your stomach feels like that.

really an easy solution here. eat fruits and veggies for like 3 weeks, nothing else. i guarantee that it will ease up
