Who else believes in small doses??

I am just finishing my first cycle. I used 200mg test every 5 days for going on 8 weeks. I put on 15 lbs, was up 17 lbs, but I didn't watch my diet this weekend and lost 2 lbs.
 
started at 5'11 190 lbs at 15% bf

ended at 220 lbs at 17% bf

so 22 lbs of lbm i gained i guess, it was pretty noticeable

yeah that does sound like a good cycle, and the gains u achieved are impressive as well. only thing though some newbies may not want to go that high or even need to. start off light to asess tolerance is what i say. even my cycle, even though it's long i'ts never going over a gram a week. ;)

btw- pure definately gains well on low doses. he's a big guy. much bigger now than in that pic of his avatar. he's also strong as hell. pretty impressive for a low dose guy ehhh...

I know your best gains will definately be achieved on the first cycle usually, due to the freshness of your receptors.

but if you do a low dose on the 1st cycle, and don't gain that much, then the second one won't be quite as good since you've already hit up your receptors slightly?

isn't that the case? 500 test alone is a good cycle for newbies i believe. maybe dbol depending on the body type
 
Hell yeah bro...I feel a cheat day coming up veerrrrrry soon!!! lol 295 flat bench today fellas 2 sets for 6 reps. first set was assisted for last 2, last set assisted for 3. It kicked my ass. Did 6 sets total. I was looking to release some anger today. lol Funny thing is that I worked out with Ricky, Mike. lol I just wanted to make him look like a lil bitch next to me lol. My gym needs to get like 110 or 120 dumbells. Only have 100's :( I needed to go up in weight!!!! Hey Mike...honestly am I big?? I wish I could take away every mirror around me everywhere I go so I can notice this shit!!!

bro i would have picked up that dumbell and dropped it on his ass!! but whatever. guess its better not to hold grudges. still though. :bigbuck: is what he deserves.

btw CJ- 500mg test for a newbie is definately a good idea. ;)
 
You should have seen the email he wrote me lol basically telling me that he loves me lol!!! have to be careful with guys like that...him and mo are kinda close...I think they swing that way no bullshit lol
