Which Is Better Postworkout While Dieting?? Whole Food?? Or A Protein Shake??

agree with sc, whey/dextrose is best, all ive done while cutting is use only 30 grams dextrose post workout as apposed to 60 pwo when i was bulking.
 
Don't go overboard with the carbs bro...really no need. People do it for the insulin spike, but an insulin spike isn't really necessary post-workout.

Just hit the whey, and keep the carbs low.
