When you're on AAS bulking cycle,
how many Total sets per bodypart (not including warmup sets) do you do? and how many exercises ?

I do 2-3 exercises 3-4 sets to failure. I wonder when on AAS if that's actually enought, cause I see some users on my gym do like 6 sets per exercises and about 12-16 sets per body part.

bro it doesnt matter if your on or off, actually when your off you need to train harder........arnold says an experienced bber should be doing 24 sets per body part that consist of 8 to 9 exercises.

chest takes out too much out of me..so i do flat bench , flys on mon, and do incline and decline on fri....everything else, 2-3 sets

I read one time that Jay Cutler'sbig ass does like 25-30 sets per bp. I do 12 when I'm off, when I'm on, my recovery seems to be much higher, I can do 15'ish... thats on major muscle groups, on ahoulders, bi's and tri's, it's 9 and 12.

I do 25 or more with 8 to 9 exercises, and on arm day that means I am doing about 42 sets with 18 exercises for the entire arm.

I'm currently doing 4 sets of 6 reps on large muscle groups and 3 sets of 8 reps on small groups. I've been adding weight to each workout religiously and have noticed definite size increase so I see no reason to do anything more.

Just make sure you get the most out of your sets if you choose this route.
