Whats your workout like?

Hi Guys,

I usually do a full body workout, squats, deads, press, bench, rows, HIT style. I haven't juiced before.

WHat workouts do you guys do? Is there a difference on and off cycle? Do you do HIT/volume, split days, what works best for you? :rolleyes:
 
I train 4 days a week.Lower back+Legs,Upper back + biceps,Shoulders and calves,Chest and triceps.Works fine for me.I stay in the 6-8 rep range and like power moves,because I am a skinny 160 pound pencilbox at 5 ft 10.

i go 6 days a week. chest on sunday and wendsday due to the fact it grows slower than the rest of my body. bis ons monday,tris tuesday, thursday off, legs shoulders on friday and back on saturday. stomach everyday on cardio monday wendsday friday. i say it works for me but to each his own.
 
i train one body per day
mon -back
tue- chest
wed-legs
thur- shoulders
fri- bi's- tri's
works for me
 
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders and Triceps
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back and Biceps
Saturday and Sunday: off
 
Right now:

mon: Back.abs
tues: Chest
weds: Shoulders/traps/abs
thurs: bis/tris
fri: legs/abs
sat: rest (cardio)
sun: rest (maybe cardio, usually off)
rinse and repeat...
