whats your opinion on Incline for chest? ive herad too much conflictting info

- What kind of gains did you experience specifically? Why do you think dbells are better?
 
I too here recently have only been using dumbells for chest. I do a press, then a super set of some sort of fly and cable crossovers and Im done. My chest looks a lot better now and the size is coming along a little faster.

About the inclines, I start at the highest incline possible(on an adjustable bench) that I can still feel it working my chest. Each week I drop it down one notch, so on the last week I am actually doing flat dumbell press. You see this keeps me from getting stale on the "same" exercise because it is a variation each week. Also the steeper the incline the lighter your weights usually seem to be so this also alows you to so kind of a periodization each week. I like it so far cause it feels different each week.
