CKD is not a specific diet, there are many different versions of a CKD (Cyclic Keto diet, or something like that). The version posted here is just one of them, anabolic-metabolic solution, opus etc are others. All have slight differences , but they all include mostly low carb then a period of carb loading, some one day , some two.
