They all have different missions. I trained with rangers, seals, delta guys, SF, recon and force recon marines, and USAF combat controllers.
The physically toughest: Force Recon
The smartest: Delta. At least, we assume they were smart because they said so little.
And the long hair makes hem look non-military, which conveys intelligence.
The most easygoing: SF. What a cool bunch of guys.
Most likely to start a bar fight: Rangers. Also most likely to get arrested and beat their wives. Love em though.
Most self-promotional: SEALs. But they're some tough mofo's too.
Most diverse skills: (tie) SF and USAF combat controllers. These guys go to so many schools and do so much shit.
Let's not forget US Coast Guard rescue swimmers. While not a true Special Ops unit, I don;t see SEALs, Rangers or Delta jumping into the ocean from a helicopter during a tropical storm with 15 foot waves to pull out drowning boaters. Those guys are insane. And really tough.
Worldwide, I can't imagine anyone is sharper than the Israelis. They get so much real world experience.
Just my experiences.
