Whats the best POSTWORKOUT meal?

I usually train at night and I'm wondering if I should still eat(or drink) carbs right after I train. Also, I have every type of protein except soy-what should my postworkout shake/meal consist of? I'm not dieting for a show yet but I don't want to put extra fat on-any help would be appreciated.

id like to know too.

For my self I like to have two mini meals once right after in liquid form then follow with a Solid

1 Scoop G-covery
40 grams Whey
1 Scoop RawMCC
1 Cup of milk
Half a banana

then about 1 hour later

Chicken Breast with some complex carbs

The reason why some say bananas are a NO NO is because they have lots of fiber and fiber slows digestion greatly, and the last thing you want after a workout is slow digestion.

I just got in the mail the g recovery and the RAW MCC mix and tried it out and after my first sip my vomit reflex kicked in. Did I do something wrong? Can i mix it with my normal protien shakes or do I have to drink it with just water?

I go for sixty grams of whey protein minimum (I prefer in milk so so a few extra grams for that!!) ... sometimes more if I'm in the mood... that's just directly following workout... cottage cheese and some pineapple with a lil sugar is nice before bed... or substitute in whatever fruit you prefer... but pineapple is all time favorite... or you can try coyttage cheese and and a bit of honey... that's tasty too but not my first choice... but it's not to bad... or even just a lil sugar... but that's kinda like a nice snack before bed!! just a sufggestion there's lots alternatives... just cotage cheese is pretty high in protein... what is yor diet before training??

G-covery is an additive , add it to Chocolate Protein powder or the other stronger flavors and blend.

Mcc is flavorless so you can add it to whatever you like.

Be patient with the G-covery in protein powders it will be fine.
