Ok, that's one word...LOL.
Ronnie is geared up like a mug. Other cops are, too.
Now, it's entirely possible your buddy is simply a genetic freak...I mean, Jesus,
I'm 5'6", 235.
But I'm only 25 (and a week), have been lifting 10-11 years to your buddy's 35, and I am way fatter right now than I want to be, with a 36" waist and 16.5% bodyfat. And I don't have crappy wheels.
So someone who's been at it far longer
could conceivably do it naturally without all that much trouble, but you have to KIM, if he's been at it for that long,
for most of his lifting career, steroids were not, I repeat not, illegal!
58" chest...mein Gott. That's crazy. Are you sure you measured it right?

The biggest my chest has ever been was 52", when I weighed 254, on a cycle, and way fatter than I am now.
21" arms on a guy that's 5'6" are pretty damn incredible, too. Mine have only recently gotten back to 18.25" or so. And to think I was happy with that...D'oH!!!!!
As far as this topic is concerned, three words:
INCLINE BENCH PRESS.
I like militaries, though MRIs show DB presses hit the anterior delts hardest. But inclines hit them even harder...you're at a decent angle to cream your shoulders,
and you can move a lot of weight--more than you can overhead press.
