what's best calorie Tracker ?

Hey guys I would like to some advice on the best calorie tracker online, something that tracks down my caloric intake, daily, weekly and monthly, I need no lose weight but its hard for me to keep count on my caloric intake, something I can track on my lab top and on my apple phone, thank you.

i personally keep things simple. i just read labels, weigh my food, or i google amount of calories in what i eat and get a #.. i know if i am in a deficit cause i get more hungry.. if i stuff myself i know i am in a surplus. last night i was a bad boy and went to bed STUFFED (thank you football game).. i was in a surplus that day

having said that the tech geeks are using all kinds of apps now on their phones. you should look into one of those trackers

The best app so far that I have seen is MyFitnessPal - it is very convenient, and it is really good. I use it all the time, and so do all the people I know. Have tried some other before, but they all had some serious flaws.

Comes recommended.

Myfitnesspal is really good. You can download it for free on your phone and it has a huge database of foods.

It also records your daily food intake so you can look on previous food records and see what you ate last week, a month ago etc.
