What would my max bench be you think if??

I would say 230 since you have not even tried. But just for the record I could make a barbell and plate sandwitch out of that and eat it for breakfast.

It is really hard to figure it out unless you actually max. Some people cane do lots of reps because they are used to it but when they add heavier weight sometime can't go much higher.

Actually the cyberiron calc is a little off, I have found the one on nebraska's football site is a little more accurate. Those formulas are all gonna be off for different people though because they are based on averages.

Yeah, I used to have another calculator from a website that seemed to put out different results. Post that link for the nebraska one bro. I just found this one by typing in bench press 1RM in google.
