It doesn't matter if you work for ups fed-ex or dhl you can't just look in a package and even if you do and find something you can't hold the person responsible b/c you had no reason to look in the package in the first place. I worked as a supervisor at ups and we couldn't open any package unless it was leaking and had some kind of HAZMAT training.
