Good session today abit of a mixed bag. I done my normal routine but as im moving to the 5 X 5 shortly and i have never done squats (i know im ashamed) so i had a little play around with Dumbbell squats, Dumbbell Presses, Pedley Rows. My god i could hardly walk down the gym stairs. The squats felt really good. I got a appointment next thurs with the PT and hes gonna go through techniques and teach me the proper way to squat/dead etc.
Weighed in at 172lb lost all my holiday weight and a little more in less than a week . Happy to say the least.
