Another good session. Stuck to the sets/reps thats on the Starr program, i added 1 set to my deads just to see how i felt on the 5th set, felt good all the way through i know im pushing under my weight my last set of deads were 200lb i was a little fatigued though but confident that my 5RM will be a abit higher. (i know thats pretty shit but hey got to start somewhere)
Anyways weird shit with my weight again, last friday i had gone up 2lb from previous week the moday just gone i added another 1lb so i weighed 174.2lb on monday, today i weighed 171.2lb. Maybe its still changing from my week away, i dont know but im still happy that im going to be starting the 5 X 5 at my lowest weight in 5 years as it will give me abit of a physcological edge if/when i add a few lbs.
Edit: also done some "Needsize Abs" 4 x 12 jesus i thought my abs were going to rip, they felt really good and tight so will stick these in with the new routine.
