I don't think she's fat, her hips and thighs are just porportionately larger than her upper body. The woman has just enough jiggle, and not an ounce of cellulite on her. She's very hourglass-y.

I wouldnt say she has no jiggle. Beyonce has a bigger ass/hips than J Lo does, but no one had brought any attention to it until Maxim or one of those mags published some notice saying they'd had to airbrush her pics because she's got a big ass.
