What kind of foods are best to pig out on

I know the basics like high protien low carb is usually the best food for getting cut and losing weight.

But i'm about 10 pounds overweight and always have been. I know thats not a big deal but it is to me.

I can never seem to lose it off. And i've come to the conclusion that i'm always going to eat a ton of food thats just who i am.

So say i completely pig out once a day on average, what would be the best food to pig out on.

And im not talking about stuff like chicken breasts or anything, whats the best food to pig out on that has carbs sugar fat etc.

Any advice is appreciated
 
Strawberries - 80 cals per 250g punnett, not bad considering how good they taste.

Coke zero lol also
 
for pigging out i'd say almonds and blueberries. you can eat as many blueberries as you want without ever gaining weight
 
I just eat so much fruit I cant fit any more in, that stopps me wanting more, I mix in somthing like peaches which I dont like, that puts me off wanting biscuits...
 
peaches are too high in sugar, blueberries are fine, and almonds have fiber in them that prevents cravings.

i agree with iggy. any kind of berry realy is a great choice. change it up, make smoothies, drink lots of water and it will take the edge off your hunger so you don't pig out to begin with.
