you are not going to lose that fat unless you cut out the simple carbs and only eat what you need to eat. if you gourge on food you will need to add some late night and early am cardio. if you have a healthy diet protein, carbs, fats between several meals per day you shouldnt ever be hungry. if you are eating for some other reason (fun, bordom) then you will still have problems. take controll of that shit.
