I would really like to start deadlifting, I feel that my back routine is lacking. Can anyone explain to me the proper form to deadlift? Any sites or anything?

Dude , Those sites give you a good example but they left out that you DO NOT want to let your back round at any time during these lifts. Keep a tight arch in your back. Be Careful and good luck. They are one of the best best lifts for low back and glute/hams
