Here's what I did today on front squats.
Warm ups; 45x10,135x5,165x3,195x3
Work sets;220x5,230x4,240x3,250x2,260x1
Next week I'll warm up to about 80% of my last 1rm(in this case it will be 205-210) and I'll do 2-3 sets of 5 reps with this weight.The following week I'll try to get 265 for a 1rm.This is the format I use for most core exercises and has ben working productively for me.
