he guys, all the help has been great, i am ready to hit my major effort phase, current 216 bf 17% MUST REACH 10%

plan,,, cardio 4-5x a week run walk 2 minute intervals empty stomach.
meal one protien shake , skim milk tbsp flax banana
meal 2 12 egg whites bked patatoe
meal 3 same as 2
meal 4 protien shake skim milk & eat a yogurt
MEAL 5 TUNA ON PITA
MEAL 6 DONE BY 9,30 PM PROTIEN SHAKE NO EXTRA CARBS ONLY FROM SKIM MILK
LOTS OF H20
HYDROXY STACK AND 450 MG OF EVENNING PRIMROSE OIL
I PLAN ON TRAINING ONE BODY PART PER DAY IN THE EVE

WHAT AM I MISSING AND WILL THIS HELP SHED SOME LBS
 
Your missing a post workout shake. Also, ditching the potatoes and replacing it with lower calorie carbs(celery, cauliflower,broccoli,etc.) would probably aid in your fat loss goals.
