hey there I am 22 years old and have been training 2 months. I want to get a nice workout plan going that i can stick to. i've read some bodybuilder magazines i got from the grocery store and copy/pasted a routine, tell me what you think:
- 4 sets of 20 abs crunches
- 4 sets of 10 arm curls
- 5 sets of 12 pushups
- 6 sets of 12 leg lifts
- 5 sets of 15 box squats
