I will be doing this program for six weeks. I will be changing my program every six weeks and I will be maxxing out on bench, squat, and deadlift every 3 months. I will be eating 6-7 high calorie (including fast food) meals a day. I will be drinking 1 gallon of water non training days and 2 gallons training days (1 while I train) I will be doing no cardio because I want to bulk up.
I will also be taking a multiviatmin every morning and I will be taking Creatine (20 g for 5 days and then 10g for the remainder for 2 months on 1 month off cycle). Also be taking Glutamine at 20 g a day and I will be taking 3 Metrx protein shakes a day WITH meals. 1 before I train, 1 after I train and 1 before I go to bed. I will be sleeping 8-10 hours a day and stretching out alot.
I currently weigh 200 lbs. at 6' (21 years old). What do you guys think of this program? How much size, strength, weight should I expect to addf from this program?
