What do you guys eat for breakfast?

7:00 - Prolab N-Large shake
8:30 - 4 quarts chocolate milk (32g protein, 122g carbs, 920 cals)
9:30 - small bag of chips (1-2g protein, 25-35g carbs)
10:00 - 1 cup yogurt (8-10g protein, 30-40g carbs, 220-250 cals)
11:00 - Prolab N-Large shake

A gallon of chocolate milk after a shake, and then another shake later? Wow. To each his own.

Heh heh - I'll meet ya' for breakfast one of these days.

Most often I eat a Myoplex Mass with an extra scoop of Optimum All Natural Whey and some natural, chunky peanut butter. For the first breakfast anyway.

Today? I had a 4 egg english mc'muffin (sp?) with 4 strips of bacon & cheese and a big pile of oily, shredded, salted and fried potatoes. Damn good too!.

Why do I eat this way? Too survive and grow.

while dieting i eat:

10-12 eggs whts (3 yolks)
1/2 cup oatmeal w/scoop of p. butter and 2 equals in it
1 cup water
1 cup coffee
 
Cutting:

3/4 cup oats
peanuts
sultanas
honey
1/4cup low fat milk

4 hole eggs(scrambled)
1 slice wholewheat toast
 
i hate food when i wake up....

and my job forces me into rotating shift work. i try to lift 2 or 3 hours after i wake up, whatever time the clock sez it is.

my first meal upon awakening usually is: 3 cups of STRONG nawlinz dark roast coffee, and a met-rx meal replacement bar.

the concept of real food in the "morning" makes me ill.
 
meal 1 is ..
take my blender 50gms protein powder
1 cup of oatmeal raw
10gms glutamine 5 gms creatine
wheat germ
Ill drink this 4 times per day and eat 3 normal meals per day
 
Breakfast usually consists of one or all of the following depending on time. Grapenuts at least 1.5 cups, yogurt, protein shake. All of these are fast and easy but high in nutrition.
