Hi: I've found a cheap meal replacement that I use for breakfast and just before bed. I mix 3 scoops of Optimum protein with one scoop of slimfast..great source of proteins and carbs..sugar..yes a little in it..but not too bad. Mix with skim milk. Easiest way to chow down on protein when you arent hungry.
