What do you guys eat for breakfast?

I'm wondering what you guys usually eat for breakfast ...

I used to swear by egg whites and oatmeal, but a new job makes that one kind of difficult. I haven't tried microwaving the egg whites (it doesn't sound too tasty), so any suggestions would be helpful.

Please be specific. It would be helpful to know if what you're eating is for bulking, cutting, or if it doesn't matter. Thanks everyone.
 
I eat oatmeal and two scoops of whey protein in fat free milk. Comes out to about 50 grams of protein, 40 grams of carbs, and 450 calories. Bring a premade shake with you. Or make the oatmeal at work. Bring a packet with you and boil up or microwave up some water. Bring a few scoops of whey protein with you as well. Eat protein bars. You can really eat something good if you really want it.

i eat 8-10 oz. 95% lean ground beef, 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs all mixed together and 1 cup oatmeal (NO SUGAR!!). i eat this everyday in my bulking phase.
 
2 whole eggs+6whites,8 oz skim, 1,cup 100%wholegrain shredded wheat...Bulking for now
 
4 whole eggs
2 pieces' toast
8 oz milk
8oz orange juice
8oz water
banana
multi-vitamin
and sometimes a little whey like a designer protein shake.
 
While bulking, I eat 2 servings of oatmeal, and an N-Large shake made with chocolate milk. Easy to get down, quick, and it's good for 60g protein, about 900 calories, and about 200g carbs. If I'm still hungry, I eat maybe a banana or some toast. I need all the damn calories I can possibly get to put on size.
 
8:00 AM 1 Can of tuna Mixed in the blender with 16 OZ of Orange juice and two TBL spoons of UDO's Choice

8:30 AM 1 Serving of oatmeal

9:30 AM 1 of those Cottage doubles

that's my breakfast slipt in 3 small meals
 
6 eggs
4 oz of turkey breast
8 oz of oj
8 oz of protein blast
2 multi vites
3 500mg chonditin
3 500mg MSM
3 500mg yohimbine
 
4 egg whites,3 whole eggs,2 packets of oatmeal,16 oz. whole milk,1 banana. try bringing bagels to work,i live off of the things sometimes. i always pack a huge lunch for work.igloo cooler with bags full of shit to eat hanging off of it.
 
two whole eggs "plus" and 3/4 cup of egg whites, 4-5 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 pc stone ground wheat bread, sometimes along with oatmeal, ginger root, multi vit......... M18 how do you get the whey to mix up, it always gets to clumpy or too hard..
 
What the fuck is breakfast? If you're referring to the first/6 meals of the day, 5 whole eggs, 2 cups oatmeal. Water, creatine, vit C, vit-b5, vit-a, multi.

Hi: I've found a cheap meal replacement that I use for breakfast and just before bed. I mix 3 scoops of Optimum protein with one scoop of slimfast..great source of proteins and carbs..sugar..yes a little in it..but not too bad. Mix with skim milk. Easiest way to chow down on protein when you arent hungry.

Good luck and there's always Shoney's Grand Slam breakfast

Tuna in blender with OJ? That's disgusting.

I have plain oatmeal with 1% milk, and an IsoPure shake (2 scoops) also with milk and 1/2 banana.

veggies
2 sevings oatmeal
2 cups skim milk
After eating this I feel like Tony Montana
I love it so much I eat it every morning
 
I'm bulking right now. This is what I have in the A.M. :

7:00 - Prolab N-Large shake
8:30 - 4 quarts chocolate milk (32g protein, 122g carbs, 920 cals)
9:30 - small bag of chips (1-2g protein, 25-35g carbs)
10:00 - 1 cup yogurt (8-10g protein, 30-40g carbs, 220-250 cals)
11:00 - Prolab N-Large shake

For some reason I cant stand solids for breakfast so I throw;

1 can tuna
3 raw eggs
3tbs of flax
16oz milk
2 scoops nlarge2

Into a blender and mix :mix: .
If you can stomach it, your getting a good 90g protein, 100g carbs and 700cals... bulking.
 
1 Bowl of Raisin Bran, in Skim Milk

1 Cup Skim Milk
2 Scoops Strawberry Isopure
1 Banana
1 Tbsp. Smuckers Creamy Natural PB

Unfortunately even with meals like this throughout the day, I still weigh 170 @ 5'11. :bawling:

Though I guess that's not bad, as I've put on a good 20+ lbs of LBM in about 9 months naturally.

I pour extra water into the oatmeal and make it very runny then just throw the 3 scoops of protein and and it mixes perfect. Does not tatse to bad but it is a hell of a lot better then straight plain oatmeal :sick:

That's a lot now I look at it. Im packing on the muscle and losing the fat.
 
I get quick oats, just plain quaker oats, nothing added, then add milk and unflavored whey protien concentrate. It's bland, but nutritious and fast.

A gallon of chocolate milk after a shake, and then another shake later? Wow. To each his own.

Heh heh - I'll meet ya' for breakfast one of these days.

Most often I eat a Myoplex Mass with an extra scoop of Optimum All Natural Whey and some natural, chunky peanut butter. For the first breakfast anyway.

Today? I had a 4 egg english mc'muffin (sp?) with 4 strips of bacon & cheese and a big pile of oily, shredded, salted and fried potatoes. Damn good too!.

Why do I eat this way? Too survive and grow.

while dieting i eat:

10-12 eggs whts (3 yolks)
1/2 cup oatmeal w/scoop of p. butter and 2 equals in it
1 cup water
1 cup coffee
 
Cutting:

3/4 cup oats
peanuts
sultanas
honey
1/4cup low fat milk

4 hole eggs(scrambled)
1 slice wholewheat toast
 
i hate food when i wake up....

and my job forces me into rotating shift work. i try to lift 2 or 3 hours after i wake up, whatever time the clock sez it is.

my first meal upon awakening usually is: 3 cups of STRONG nawlinz dark roast coffee, and a met-rx meal replacement bar.

the concept of real food in the "morning" makes me ill.
 
meal 1 is ..
take my blender 50gms protein powder
1 cup of oatmeal raw
10gms glutamine 5 gms creatine
wheat germ
Ill drink this 4 times per day and eat 3 normal meals per day
 
Breakfast usually consists of one or all of the following depending on time. Grapenuts at least 1.5 cups, yogurt, protein shake. All of these are fast and easy but high in nutrition.
 
My first meal is 16 egg whites with bbq sauce and 1/2 of quick oats, washed down with some crystal lite and some vit C and E. Sometimes I get real crazy and throw some fat free cheese in the mix, mostly only on weekends.
 
20 egg whites
2 cups of Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 MRP
1 Peanut Butter Sandwich
1 Ham and chees sandwich
10 hash browns
10 sausages
10 pieces of fatty bacon
4 bagels with cream cheese , The fatty kind
2 Designer Protein Bars
16 oz of Orange Juice
30 oz of water
Can of slimfast
4 waffles with strawberry syrup YUM YUM
5 pieces of French Toast
4 DBOLS
and some fresh RED SNAPPER-my favorite

All this is my first meal :-)
 
Oatmeal, and protein shake. Sits kinda heavy in the stomach though. Oh, yeah I have my multi vitamin and my vitamin e with some dbol for now! HEHE

That's nothing , here is the real breakfest of champions:

1) Bowl of Cereal consisting of:

2 A-50
10 Dbol
8 Anavar
4 Halo
2 Clomid
1 Proviron
2 Novadex
4 Milk thistle

2) A glass of Winny V to wash it down
 
usually 2-3 servings of cod or perch with some green beans or brocolli.

drink a 40 grasm protein shake about 2.5 hours later.

How funny.....I bought some optimum protein...and accidentally got the vanilla flavor which really sucks. So I found some of that choclate royale slim fast my girlfriend keeps in the fridge and I mixed it with the optimum. It tastes really good. Comes out to be about 60 grams of protein.
 
Either porrige with some bread & fresh squeezed orange juice & some C-vitamin drinks, or 1 liter of fatfree Yoghurt with bread, either 6-8 egg whites w bread...
 
protein bars are good, eggs even, maybe a protein shake, but ALWAYS lots of d-bol.

someone off this board told me they were the breakfast of champions!!! oh it's, it's damn true!
 
Microwaved egg whites are actually pretty good, and they cook FAST!! You could mix in some oameal and sweetener and cinnamon before you cook it, and it comes out like cake!!

Or mix a packet of Met-Rx, with some oatmeal (dry) and water, mix it thick with a spoon, so it comes out like pudding. It is awesome. You could mix in some PB or Flax if you want some fat.
