What do you guys eat for breakfast?

I'm bulking right now. This is what I have in the A.M. :

7:00 - Prolab N-Large shake
8:30 - 4 quarts chocolate milk (32g protein, 122g carbs, 920 cals)
9:30 - small bag of chips (1-2g protein, 25-35g carbs)
10:00 - 1 cup yogurt (8-10g protein, 30-40g carbs, 220-250 cals)
11:00 - Prolab N-Large shake

For some reason I cant stand solids for breakfast so I throw;

1 can tuna
3 raw eggs
3tbs of flax
16oz milk
2 scoops nlarge2

Into a blender and mix :mix: .
If you can stomach it, your getting a good 90g protein, 100g carbs and 700cals... bulking.
 
1 Bowl of Raisin Bran, in Skim Milk

1 Cup Skim Milk
2 Scoops Strawberry Isopure
1 Banana
1 Tbsp. Smuckers Creamy Natural PB

Unfortunately even with meals like this throughout the day, I still weigh 170 @ 5'11. :bawling:

Though I guess that's not bad, as I've put on a good 20+ lbs of LBM in about 9 months naturally.

I pour extra water into the oatmeal and make it very runny then just throw the 3 scoops of protein and and it mixes perfect. Does not tatse to bad but it is a hell of a lot better then straight plain oatmeal :sick:

2-3 hash browns
Sausage/bacon
breakfast sandwich
bagel with cream cheese
cereal
diet sprite
powerade/apple juice/cranberry juice

That's a lot now I look at it. Im packing on the muscle and losing the fat.
 
I get quick oats, just plain quaker oats, nothing added, then add milk and unflavored whey protien concentrate. It's bland, but nutritious and fast.
 
1 big fat joint
4 eggs
weight gain shake
2 cups of oatmeal
2 slices of toast
tomato
32 oz of water....for the dry mouth of course!
