What Do You Eat For Breakfast? And your stats...

I am 6ft weigh 184lbs and 10.5% body fat.

I eat 4 egg whites and one yoke with picante sauce and green peppers with one piece of wheat toast with natural jelly and two pieces of low fat low sodium bacon(I am sorry I got to have some bacon for breakfast) and a glass of oj with creatine.

well what about ya'll?
 
2 whole eggs
1 slice non-fat cheddar cheese
4 slices turkey bacon
8 oz. non-fat milk
1 oz. raisin
20 grams oatmeal
Bagel or hash brown patty

Meal Frequency:

6 x daily (every 3 hours)
4 meals before 1700
2 meals after 1700 (add post w/o drink 2 x weekly)

Current Diet: (cutting)

Total Cal. = 3,300

35%p - 15%f - 50%c

Height - 6'4"
Weight - 215
B/F - 12%

.5 cup of fibre (little stick things)
.5 litre of skim milk
2 tablespoons of flax oil
2 scoops of whey
1 banana

Roughly 1100 calories.

Total daily intake is about 4200 calories. I'm 6'2, 228 @ about 12%. I'm on post cycle clomid right now, so I'm fooling around with my calories to determine my new maintenance. At 4200 a day I'm not losing or gaining weight.
 
I hate to waste food . . .

I've also incorporated the foods I like (to a degree) into my daily diet. I manage 15% of my calories from fat with Bfast being my primarily fatty meal of the day.
 
Immediately upon waking I drink 1 scoop Designer Whey in 8 oz non-fat milk while I prepare breakfast.

Breakfast:

8 oz orange juice w/ pulp (pulp lowers the GI/GR)
1 whole-wheat tortilla
4 large egg whites and 2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

6'0 245 @ 12% bf
 
1 C (before cooked) oatmeal
30 grams protein (penta pro from proteinfactory)
3 egg whites & 1 whole egg
1/2 whole wheat bagel w/ natty pb
orange

5'10", 195 lbs, 8% bf
 
2 Whole Eggs
3 Egg Whites
1.5 Serving Optimum Whey in 12 oz. Whole Milk
2 Pieces Toast Lightly Buttered
4 Sausage Links
12 oz. Water w/ Multi Vitamin

I like to have a couple yolkes because I want some color in my breakfast, I can't see how anyone can just have whites. I think I eat a pretty big breakfast, I try to have some oatmeal too sometimes but I don't have a ton of time in the morning.

I'm 16 years old, 6' tall, 169lbs. with just under 11% BF.
 
Bowl of Oatmeal with 1 scoop whey protien, and usually a glass of milk.

weight: around 180 lbs.
 
Breakfast = 6 large egg whites with 1.5 oz oatmeal with 8 oz. strawberries and 1 tsp of flaxseed oil all mixed together in one big bowl = YUMMY!!!

7 egg whites w/ 2 slices fat free cheese
1 slice toast (Honey Wheat Berry) --??wife buys it. sugar free jelly
3 slices turkey bacon
1 cup coffee (2 sweet lows)

5'10 208 lbs.
approx. 10-12% bf

Eat every 3 hours.

Sounds yum to me too - but was wondering what you make of all the talk about not mixing fats with carbs in the same meal... Obviously you don't adhere to that train of thought!
 
Weekdays: Bowl of oatmeal, Nlarge shake with 16 oz. skim milk

weekends: Pancakes made with MetRx MRP or scrambled eggs and homefries

2 turkey patties, Premium 93% extra lean.

5'3" (I know, short huh?) 153 lbs. @ 4.5% BF
 
chicken breast with 3 egg whites, peppers/onions/garlick
with loads of no salt added heinz katchup
150lbs 7% BF

when i cook dinner i make extra meat for bfast
 
i have my weetbix every morning
eggs make me chuck. so i avoid them
breakfast is like 80-100 carbs, 30-40 protein, under 10 fat
 
My Breakfast

1 Cup Uncooked Oats
2 Serving Choc. Pro Blend
1 tbsp pnut butter

When I am training directly after I add 50g Maltodextrin. I mix it all up the night before with about 4 oz. water, and it is ready to go in the morning. Train 45 min later.

210lb. 9%bf 5'9
 
CURLING, just to let you know bro, you shouldn't drink OJ or any other acidic juice or food stuff with your creatine. You should wait 30 mins or so to consume those foods from the time your take your creatine. Also, I read the other day (an article with scientific proof) that it's best to take your creatine 60-90 mins before you workout. Just food for thought. Laterish

Thanks. I will do that from now on.
 
drsuperstrength, i've heard that gfjuice enhances the uptake of anavar, and anavar enhances creatine absorbtion, is it still better to take the gf and var at one time and the creatine later?

Old Muscle Media

In one of the old Muscle Medias they had an article on grapefruit juice enhancing the effect of some medications. The article said that it dramatically increased the results of some blood pressures medications.

Any studies on the GF and anavar? I am interested...

8 whites + 1 whole Egg + Slice Fat Free Cheese, scrambled with 2 teaspoons of olive oil

8:00 am

1/2 cup (Dry) cooked oatmeal.

5'8" 185lbs

I am eating Fat + Protein in one meal and Carbs in another.
 
Upon waking:
- 2 sc MRP
- 1 tbsp Flax
- 1 tspn glutamine

Half hour later:
- 1 egg, 5 egg whites and 4 oz skinless chicken breast, scrambled with
red peppers, mushrooms and onion
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 large orange
- multivitamin
- 2 cups black coffee

5'8, 175 lb, <10% bf
 
I just started a cutting diet a few days ago, so I've been eating two cans of albacore tuna, 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg.

When I'm bulking, I eat 3-5 eggs, 12 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2cup raisins and 4 cups milk. Sometimes I throw some cheese in there, too.
