Gotta GEt Big

Currently:
5'8 180lbs
16 inch Arms
Max Bench:275
Looking to get Bigger. Go upto 195, then cut up during early spring be ready for summer back at 185. Wish me luck.
 
Hmmm... interesting question.... I gues be 177lbs at 6-8% bodyfat and be able to bench 275 for 10-12 squat 405 for 12-15 and dead around 500 or so, this is just for weightlifting.

I would like to be able to run about 3-4miles with medium effort and be able to do 100meter sprints under 14 sec. But the real thing I want to do is be able to last five rounds with a golden glove boxer i know.....

Hope I can get there.
 
I'm strong enough so I just want to look great for Spring Break and see what happens to my lifestyle. I don't like to go out too much so what can I expect? My computer thinks I look fine.

Then I need to go off cycle for a while and see what I can keep. Right now it seems that steroids are great while on cycle but struggle to keep the gains. Some of that is from losing water weight for sure. Plus I now have very mild joint problems so I have to lift lighter.
 
I want to flip my 1k lb tire!!!! Badly.
