Hmmm... interesting question.... I gues be 177lbs at 6-8% bodyfat and be able to bench 275 for 10-12 squat 405 for 12-15 and dead around 500 or so, this is just for weightlifting.
I would like to be able to run about 3-4miles with medium effort and be able to do 100meter sprints under 14 sec. But the real thing I want to do is be able to last five rounds with a golden glove boxer i know.....
