well right now im in a bulking phase, I've got some solid strenghth and size, weight gains off of this. I'm figuring when i plateau it'll probably be a good idea to go into a cutting phase, prop up the reps, limit my diet and add some cardio somewhere. wouldn't it?????
as for my goals in the next few months
get past the 17" arm barrier
5x5 200 plus pounds im at 185 now
get over 200 pounds in body weight while still maintiaing my six pack
getting around 400 in squating
keep pecking away at the calves
I'm going to go off creatine in a week so i should be gettin some more definition going on
