Bulking till about March then try and harden up a bit for the summer. Not going all out this summer though want to keep more of my size. I normally diet for weeks and just end up looking skinny and flat.

well right now im in a bulking phase, I've got some solid strenghth and size, weight gains off of this. I'm figuring when i plateau it'll probably be a good idea to go into a cutting phase, prop up the reps, limit my diet and add some cardio somewhere. wouldn't it?????

as for my goals in the next few months

get past the 17" arm barrier
5x5 200 plus pounds im at 185 now
get over 200 pounds in body weight while still maintiaing my six pack
getting around 400 in squating
keep pecking away at the calves
I'm going to go off creatine in a week so i should be gettin some more definition going on
 
Monstar-Thanks.Forearms are coming along great.I'm practically convinced all I need for forearm strength and development is to do chins(pronated and supinated) from the 2x4's.I'll occasionally perform the one arm hangs.We'll see how it goes.
 
continue growing through the end of this month, then start precontest prep. 12 weeks of verrry slow bodyfat loss. i only have about 8-10 lbs to lose. soooo.....verrry slow. hehe.
 
Would like to add a bit of quality lean mass w/out turning into Binky the Whale. tee-hee

So gotta eat bigger and clean - Little to NO CARDIO!!! WOO-HOO!!!
