what all have you ate today?

I had

An egg sandwich (4 eggs, scrambled)
4 cans of tuna
A tv dinner entree
A hamburger
Pasta
2 Pre cooked Chicken patties
Some oreos
about 32 ounces of milk
some water

Hmm, I think that is it. Keep in mind i'm still a tight teenie and I can't eat as much as you big fellows.
 
2 pints ben and jerry's ice cream and some italian food, a whole bunch of m&m's and 5 beers.

Sat and Sun are my cheat days where I eat whatever I want (usually just ice cream) and sleep most of the day. today I slept until 1, then got up to mail some stuff, then went back to sleep at 3 until 6:30, then had dinner and went to a friend's going away parties.
 
Remember bro, it's not just quantity, but quality that also matters, you didn't eat any vegetables today, and depending on what you weigh, you probably didn't take in enough protein to support good muscle growth, and those t.v. dinners are loaded with sodium and empty calories.

I would also drink more water than milk.

Not flaming you bro, you actually ate better than I did today, the heat makes me not want to eat as much as I need to.

Also, get some protein powder, and multi vitamins.

Juice moose, I know. I am getting protein powders soon. I weigh 200 lbs, I look like I weigh about 160...so its kinda deceiving and hard for me to get good protein. I am really working on my diet. It is a hell of alot better than it was and it will always improve. Here is what my old diet looked like:

Cereal in morning or egg sandwich

Mcdonalds or tv dinner entree

Snacks

Steak or tv dinner

As you can see i had hardly any protein. I was doing a typical teenager wimpy ass diet. Now I am almost 17, time to really get serious about this.

3 protein shakes, 6 chicken breasts, 2 servings mashed potatoes, 2 servings of corn, 3 rolls, apple cobbler with ice cream on top, 2 servings of mac and cheese.

I had 2 buffets today and Im still stuffed

I'm cheating today also. So far I've had:

2 scoops protein,milk

OK this is my first cheat day in nearly a month so I went all out.
breakfast:4 hostess cupcakes
lunch:2 bacon cheeseburgers,5 chicken nuggets,large order of fries
snack:potato chips
snack:watermelon,fudge brownie
Not sure what im going to have for dinner though!!
Im thinking pizza!!
 
hmm woke and had:

Morning shake with a shot glass of Hemp oil
Lean cuisine. meal

1lb of Salmon and 2 cups of rice

shake, 1/2 shot glass of hemp oil

pint of Breyers Ice cream

left over flank steak

probably have another Lean Cuisine later

washed it all down with water and dbol

- 2 Cups oatmeal: 600 cals
- 6 whole eggs: 420 cals

-1000 cal post w.o. shake, 70/30 carbs/protein

-Ground Beef: Appx: 400 cals, Oatmeal: 600, 2 TBS. Natural Peanut Butter: Appx. 250 cals.
 
For Sunday

I have ate:

Lean cuisine dinner entree (veggies/noodles/chicken)
Glass of milk (8 0z or so)

Double cheeseburger....George foreman style
about 12 ounces of stirfry veggies

Lean cuisine meal (same)

3 cans of tuna

Low fat oreos

Milk water etc

Healthy choice bowl (chicken, pasta, veggies)
 
guys the canadian oak just said he's in heat!!! LOLj/k:D please re-read your thread.......today is my cheating day. Oak its was all in good fun on offence man!!!
 
Uhh ohh hahha...i noticed that as well. If oak is in heat in canada then I am really in heat in florida lol. Hope may1010 doesn't see this. ;)
 
hmmmm, good post let's see:

1/2 litre of low fat milk
50 gram of whey protein powder (mixed in the milk)
(yes, I know I didn't 'eat' the milk, but I am counting the protein shakes as food supplements)

1 banana, 1 apple, 1 pear, about 20-30 grapes,

1 chicken large size (900g) no skin

100g salmon, 30g cheddar cheese, 4 slices of crispbread, 2 tomatoes, 4 eggs freerange 67g jumbo size
50-100g mixed nuts

I think that's it (or what I can remember off hand)
I am only about 145lb, but I guess still not eating enough.

Lets go for Sunday as I stated on another thread, my women went all out and had a big thanksgiving style Turkey dinner with all the trimmings.

breakfast Toast (2) with PB
1 scoop whey in skim milk

lunch
Turkey (lots)
HomeMade stuffing
sweet potatos (brown suger/marshmallows)
mashed potatoes
homemade gravey
Corn
cranberry salad
Lima beans
homemade rolls
homemade banna cream pie 1 slice
double layer chocolate cake 1 small piece

late snack
Turkey Sandwich
Dressing
a little more cake

Monday morning: LOTS OF CARDIO..
 
so far.....
9 egg whites
3/4 cup of rolled oats w/cinnamon

2 cans of tuna

2 Chicken breast
brocolli

Nitro-tech bar

....the day is still young! :D
 
So far

6AM---12 egg whites plain

8am---6oz chix plain and tbsp all natural PButter

10am---12 egg whites with 1/2 cup oats plain

12pm---can of Low sodium tuna and 4oz sweet potato

Im eating really clean, my bodyfat hooving around 6.5-7% and want to get it lower in the next 3 weeks for the week of the 4th of July-----:)
 
So far....3 protein shakes, 4 chicken breasts, 2 hot pockets....and it's only 1:30 where I am :)
