Are can soup a good healthy meal???
Any in particular??
Also I have read here in the forums about Peanut butter.
Its peanut butter allowed on a clean diet?

PB is allowed on a clean diet but Natural PB only and not too much:) Most can soups that I see are full of sodium and I don't know about you but salt makes me retain water....alot of water:mad: That is why I don't cook with it anymore. I mostly use fresh herbs. They taste better anyway.:)

Some brands have reduced sodium soups. I'd look at using one of their bean soups (like black or navy beans, split pea) over the rice/noodle soups because the legumes will provide fiber and protein. Beans, chicken broth, some veggies, chicken...not too bad for early in the day when you can "afford" some complex carbs.

Sodium ...yes ... too bad

What's more there is usually (if not always) some MSG
Mono Sodium Glutamate
(a salt of Glutamic acid) which is thought not to be very healthy (can cause headache and other troubles)

At the risk of me-tooism, waaaay to much salt and msg. You'll retain water like a sumbitch if you eat that stuff. Most of it anyhow. Canned foods in general are mighty salty.
