Wow, im finishing my sixth week of westside training, and ive put on alot of size. but my power to bodyweight ratio has grown even more. I can hold a planche for 3 seconds solid now (Basically a pushup with your feet off the ground). This 9 week programs been working great.
I started off squating 235, i squated 315 easily last week. I think i could max at 350 now
My bench comming into westside was at 185 now i can floor press 245. So im not sure how thatll translate onto the bench, but i do know i use a greater range of motion in my floor press than on my regular bench press. So im hopping itll be higher.
and as far as deads go... i havent tried them out, but I know i went into it doing 255 for 1 as my max, i pulled 245 for 20 reps the other day.
