Well, as many of you know, whenever you take time off from training and get back into it, there's that few weeks or maybe even many weeks till you get your strength back! Then there's that one workout where you get in there and bamm!!!!
This morning I did arms, mind you I was out till 4 am and was still sort of shit faced at the gym at 9:30 am!
Here's what I did:
Standing barbell curls: 4x10 80lbs
Sitting Triceps: 1x10 4 plates
2x10 6 plates
1x15 4 plates (burnout)
Sitting dumbell curls: 3x10 35lbs
Tricep extentions w/rope: 3x10 135lbs
Close grip curl w/rope: 3x10 80 lbs
Tricep pulldown w/short bar: 3x10 (the whole stack)
Medium grip precher machine: 3x10 70lbs (started to tire)
One-handed tri extentions: 3x15 35 lbs (wow, that burned)
By no means am I saying I'm a hero of any sort, but Polishhammer1977 wanted me to post one of my workouts and today was the best workout I've had since who knows! So there it is!
