Gained a lil bit of weight while I was off and now I am trying to do two things at once. Loose fat and gain muscle mass so far its going well but I was wondering if their is any supps I could be adding to speed up things Heres what I currently take:
Milk Thistle 1000mg 1 a day
Fish oil 300mg 1a day
CO Q-10 50mg 1 a day
Multivitamin 1 a day
B-12 500mcg 1 a day
N.O. Overdrive 9 a day
