Waxy Maize

Does anyone know if it's ok to use WaxyMaize and 20 minutes later use BSN's True Mass??? The True Mass has like 70g of carbs already and I've been using that as my PWO protein shake as of late. Can you still be ok with 140g of carbs taken within 30 minutes of your workout???

2 scoops of WM only for PWO immediate after workout then 20 minutes later protein shake. u can mix the WM with a little bit of crystal light for flavor.
good idea with the crystal light, not that it is really bad tasting but it would taste better for sure.
 
One more quick thing cause I'm going to take WM for the first time today. How many oz of water should I use for 2 scoops?

I use a half liter (16.9 oz) bottle and it works well. 16oz should do the trick.
 
Sry to beat a dead horse but...does anyone take the wm from nutraplanet? cause there is no nutrition label, and idk how to write down for my cals and g of carb cause i looked around and it's pretty variant

generally (except for flavored WM - usually they add a little sugar to that) of all the different WM brands i have seen 1 scoop is 120 cals with 30g of carbs. there probably is some variance depending on brands but i have seen this common serving over and over again. i did a quick search and couldnt find their nutritional info. all they say is to take 75g but it doesnt say how many scoops that is.

I know, it is very frustrating, idk how much i'm taking lawl
 
THE AVERAGE WM is 30g to 35g of carbs per scoop. Most stating that you need 2 servings for 75 carbs and its about 240 cals, which is what they say to take RIGHT after workout and then wait 10 to 15mins and drink your WHEY Shake.
