Waxy Maize + Protein Shake
So I just ordered this stuff from nutraplanet and it came in, but I noticed that it didn't have a nutrition info on it, and I was wondering how many scoops I take and how many calories it is.
Secondly, As of right now I do 6 days of cardio in the morning on an empty stomach (only thing i have is eca and multivit prior to working out), but I also plan to add lifting in the evenings mon/wed/fri. Should I be taking waxy maize after just lifting, or anytime i workout? Same goes for protein shake, if I'm working out twice a day should I be taking it twice after both my workouts?
Also, I'm just about out on my protein shake and I'm looking to buy another one. Right now I take Isopure, but the taste is a little bleh and it doesn't seem to mix very well. I was wondering if i should keep taking it or is there a better shake available?
