BCAA's are great but you dont need them with protein or meals because you already have complete proteins in. Those BCAAs are branch chain and help to construct proteins. Thing is your gonna take a shake right after the WM. BCAAs are good for PWO and morning or right before bed just try to keep them away from food cause it would be a waste basically.

Drinking creatine with sugar and WM sould in essence actuially help the rate and volume at which the creatine is absorbed so I'd go for it.

However taking Creatine and Glutamine together they tend to fight for cells to utalize for production so I would not mix the glut with the creatine.

So you say not to have Protein until 20 minutes after consuming WM.
But how long do you work out for? And how long do you eat before you workout?

I usually try to eat half hour before workout. Somtimes it can be and hour or more though. Then Im usually in the gym for a bit over 2 hours. Not working out all that time, but long rests. So from the time I eat Pre Work Out to the time of my PWO meal, it could possibly be 4 hours with out Protein. That couldnt be to good could it, what should I do in this case? Or will all that time with out food let the WM digest better, making the time I consume my PWO Protein Shake quicker afterwards?
 
rather than go tru post by post, here's a summary:

> you dont take WMS (or any other hi molecular weight carb) with sugar or dextrose. WMS is all you need - it's a carb and it spikes insulin to comparable levels as dextrose, but is much more quickly absorbed. 70-90 gr PWO. Because of its molecular weight and fast GI transit time, it will also pull other supps into your bloodstream and drive them into muscle cells quickly and efficiently.

as 8and20 said, dont take your protein with it, because that slows the absorption and then you might as well just be using dextrose.

take BCAA's creatine and glutamine with it. they will be pulled into your bloodstream qiuckly by the WMS and not slow its absorption.

after 10 minutes, THEN take in your whey protein (30-50 gr)

-pre workout, you might be better off with complex carbs to fuel your workout (about 60 min prior). alittle during WO with bcaa/glutamine is OK, but you dont want to spike insulin durng your workout because that will blunt the release of endogenous HGH in response to excercize.

When I'm going to be in the gym for extended periods of time I generally mix a WM with water shake and take it with me so about the last 20 mins of my work out I start to drink it then right when i get home the second I do I make my my Isolate shake.

I'm crazy about that shit if i wait more than 30 min after I leave the doors of the gym and I havnt had my shake I get pissy lol.

But yeah thats one way i get around it, mostly I wait and seperate them cause yeah it helps with digestion and allows for the insulin spike to generate from your pancreas then hit it with good ol protein!

But in all honesty if you take your WM the second you leave the gym it wont kill you to wait 15 or 20 mins after to take your shake I mean thats a shake 15 mins prior to your lift you can still be in an anabolic state.

Perfect thank you, this is exactly what I have been attempting to put out just per post.

WM spikes Insulin no need for sugar
WM helps the delivery of creatine and others
WM should be taken seperate from your Isolate

Only thing I would add is that glutamine and creatine do fight for cells, personally I would tweek it to take the creatine with the WM and the glutamine with the shake...thats just me

Waxy First drink of the morning then 30 min later Isolate cause I use Isolate in the mornings of course, is this a waste or bulking my belly to much per say? Morning Carbs are a good place right? So why wouldnt I use the WM PWO and Mornings?

a fast digesting carb is a good idea after a long sleep. i dont think u need WM but it is a choice.

I HAVE MY OATMEAL IN MILK AND EGGS AS WELL BUT THATS AFTER CAUSE I WANT MY PROTEIN ASAP SO I JUST USE THAT, plus it's like 30 bucks for a months supply even at that rate.

The 75g would be from mixing with juice... crystal light... things like that.

But thats just what I have picked up... I could be wrong/ or missunderstood what I read.

BTW my crystal light has no sugar in it and very few cals.
