BCAA's are great but you dont need them with protein or meals because you already have complete proteins in. Those BCAAs are branch chain and help to construct proteins. Thing is your gonna take a shake right after the WM. BCAAs are good for PWO and morning or right before bed just try to keep them away from food cause it would be a waste basically.
Drinking creatine with sugar and WM sould in essence actuially help the rate and volume at which the creatine is absorbed so I'd go for it.
However taking Creatine and Glutamine together they tend to fight for cells to utalize for production so I would not mix the glut with the creatine.
