stacking insulin with hgh help

I'm looking for some advice for using insulin for the first time. I'm already using 5 IU's per day of HGH. I would like to add insulin to it. I'm also on TRT if that makes a difference. I'm 34 years old. I would like to get more growth as insulin is considered one of the most anabolic things you can put in your body.
Should I use 2.5? I use insulin post-workout and then have my shake, or should I wait till I have dinner, then take the insulin, and then take my shake? What is a good dosage if 2.5 IU's is no good?

Much more to it then just bringing insulin in brother.. does you body even need exogenous insulin? Does your intake require it? Whats your average fasted bg? Do you track you bg? Have you had a HbA1c recently?

Hey bro, insulin is a great tool to leverage but I recommend getting some proper guidance around its use. It does directly stimulate MTOR1C through P13K/ AKT, but there's also a use case for delivering glycogen and aminos to the muscle while training.

Get a blood glucose monitor and keep an eye on your BG, make sure your diet is providing an adequate amount of carbs (I would never recommend using Insulin in a deficit), and aim your insulin usage for before your resistance training alongside a good amount of carbs (10g per iu is a good STARTING point), water, and sodium (if your diet already isn't full of sodium).

A lot more low hanging fruit here than insulin though that we could have a look at. What does your nutrition look like? Do you have any training footage we could gander?
